x ArcheAge Outrider Class Guide: King of the Physical Output
ArcheAge Outrider (Battlerage + Archery + Shadowplay) is a popular class not only melee attack but also can range attack, you can regard it as melee or range class in ArcheAge. Outrider class has a great burst damage with very nice DPS, very fragile when focused because the lack of defense, and very useful crit debuff. Personal like melee, because when you main ranged attack enemy, the different of Battlerage and Archery is too great, or that you can say since has Shadowplay and Archery, the Battlerage skills are useless.
You know a class with 3 skills, just main upgrade 1 – 2 skills, and the 3rd skill is auxiliary usually. Looking the battlerage skills, no skills has a relationship with range attack, so if you want to play range, Outrider is not good class for you, Primeval (Archery + Shadowplay + Auramancy) class is the best.

Personal feel the Triple Slash of Battlerage skill is too slow, so choose Rapid Strike of Shadowplay skill, of course, you can choose them at the same them or only choose one. If you like use the Triple Slash, can remove the Weapon Maneuvers passive skill of battlerage and Snare of Archery skill, and point the Charge and Wallop. Note, you can not cast other skills before the Triple Slash finish 3 times attack, always find the mob/enemy has been dead, the skill still attack. So it is impossible that if you want attacks up to 4 times in a row through the cringe debuff from triple slash to combo. Maybe the Whirlwind Slash can do that, because only quick attack.
If you are playing continuous slash build, can not point the passive skill cause twice Bloodthirst, because it is very easy to stack 20. Piercing Shot is the top priority of this class, can greatly enhance the output of Precision Strike and Pin Down. Bondbreaker and Snare are survival skills, but Snare non-essential.

PVP, if you gain an upper hand, please do like the gameplay of elite monsters, and remove the first Charged Bolt skill to decrease the normal attack. If the opponent upper hand, please Bondbreak → Snare → Drop Back → Charged Bolt → Piercing Shot → Shadow Step → Whirlwind Slash (tripped) → Rapid Strike → Precision Strike → Rapid Strike → Pin Down
Last, recommend not play with Tank class before LV55, you can not beat. Main property is Power, vice properties are spirit / agility. Equipment casual, leather would probably be your best choice. If you play continuous slash build, weapon choose dual wield, and if you are playing Triple Slash build, choose two-handed weapon or one-handed shield.
